Double Girder Gantry Crane is a commonly seen equipment for heavy stuff handling outdoors at freight yard for example. Gantry Crane normally has 2 hooks: main hook and auxiliary hook. The legs of double girder gantry crane can be A type and U type. A type leg steel structure is made of Q235B/Q345B carbon steel with seamless one-time forming technology, thus it is strong and adapt to adverse weather conditions. U type leg steel structure offers more space and fit for conveying larger products.
Double girder gantry crane can designed with cantilever or without cantilever. Reducer, motors and electrics adopt China or world famous brands such as Jiamusi, Nanjing motor, Schneider, Siemens, ABM, SEW etc.

Process of Double Girder Gantry Crane
1. CNC cutting of girder web plate with high deflection accuracy.
2. Shot-blasting Sa2.5 for whole girder treatment after welding with stress release.
3. Epoxy zinc rich coating and painting with thickness 2x2 with 140μm.
4. 10.9 class bolts connect girders and legs.
5. Three-in-one motor reducer with vertical gear motor driving.
6. Motors with high protection class IP55, F class, 40% ED.
7. End carriage is equipped with anti-friction bearings, cellular rubber buffers, and derailment protectors.
