Anti - Explosion Overhead Crane Introduction

The single girder explosion proof overhead crane is a small single girder overhead crane with light lifting capacity, installed with anti-explosion electric hoist, with all the motors and electrical equipment of the explosion proof crane manufactured in line with international standards and regulations. The lifting capacity of the explosion proof single girder overhead crane is 1 to 20 tons and the working class is A3, which take stainless steel or nylon crane wheels to avoid the flame by friction, besides, all the components in electrical system is of high safety by conforming to national and international standards. It is provided with the highest level of safety, quality and reliability, which is required for hazardous environments such as oil refineries, petrochemical, paint industries, gas power plants etc.
Explosion-proof overhead cranes are designed based on Ex d (flameproof enclosure) and Ex e (increased safety) with CE marking: II 2G ck Ex de IIB T4 (standard), II 2G ck Exde IIC T4 (Special), II 2D ck Td A21 IP66 T135 (DUST).
